Richard Kuzmyak of Renaissance Planning will be presenting new directions for accessibility research in a webinar titled Accessibility: Towards a new multimodal system performance metric.  We will be looking at   new way of quantifying accessibility and how it can reveal more about how a transportation system meets people’s needs, while taking additional modes into account. The webinar is being held tomorrow, December 3rd at 1pm. Renaissance will be joined by the Maryland Department of Transportation and the University of Minnesota and is being hosted by the State Smart Transportation Initiative (SSTI). SSTI is dedicated to advancing transportation practices and participants include state departments of transportation that share a commitment to rethinking policies and processes to produce better outcomes and is dedicated to advancing transportation practices.
