THE MIAMI TEAM
Ysela Llort, Principal. Ysela brings over 30+ years of leadership experience working with state DOT and Transit Agencies. She oversaw Miami-Dade’s Transit System as the county’s Transit Director from 2011 to 2015 and is credited with establishing the Metrorail Orange Line to MIA, strengthening Miami-Dade Transit's partnership with the federal government and restoring its commitment to transit. She most recently served as the Assistant Secretary of Transportation for FDOT and has experience with projects such as expanding MIA, the Port of Miami tunnel, and extending the Metrorail, among others.
Franco Saraceno, Principal. Franco led the last two Long-Term Transportation Plan Updates for the Miami-Dade Transit Planning Organization (TPO). He also has extensive experience with transit corridor studies, travel demand modeling (FSUTMS), transportation surveys, transportation improvement programs and leading a variety of other MPO planning initiatives.
Chris Sinclair, Founder and President. With more than 25 years of experience managing a variety of land and transportation planning projects, Chris has served as the visionary leader committed to advancing the state of planning practice through the integration of transportation planning and urban design. Chris has managed a variety of projects, including: master plans; transportation studies; comprehensive plan updates; long range transportation plan updates; impact fee and concurrency ordinances; and fiscal impact studies.
